By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:
As the artist I...- Reserve the right to
refuse any commission request for any reason.- Retain commercial rights and ownership to the commissioned work.- Reserve the right to post commissions online. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
As the client, you...- May not resell/print the commission for a profit. (Printing for personal use is perfectly fine, though!)- For personal use, you may crop/resize/edit the piece to your liking. Credit is not required but is appreciated.- May post the art to your own public website/social media sites for icons/banners/posts but credit IS required.- You do not have the right to use the art to make or sell NFTs.Click here for payment info!
Payment Information
I only Accept forms of payment through USD (US Dollars)
- I primarily use PayPal, but if this is not possible or preferred, other forms of payment through Venmo and Cashapp are fine as well.- All payments are paid 100% upfront.- If I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you.- I allow full refunds before I have begun work, however, there are no refunds as soon as work has begun.- Tips are not necessary but very much appreciated! Do so through my Ko-fi, if you'd like!
Commission Process:(This is just an example of how things usually go and what to expect for the most part)1. After the request has been discussed and approved by the artist and the client, a quick thumbnail sketch will be presented2. After this sketch is presented and approved, the artist will then start cleaning up and finishing the piece(The artist will contently update the process and check in with client in case there are any changes to be made.)3. Once the piece is finished, a low-res final will be presented to the client to further discuss any changes.4. If approved by the client, a full high-res version of the piece will be sent to the client. This completes the commission process!
